Hydrant partially blocked

After each snowstorm, We have used my snowblower and shovel to clear a path to our neighborhood hydrant. This week someone came by and removed a much wider path. That's great. Unfortunately, they did not clear down to ground level, and they left big chunks of snow in the path that have now turned to ice. We can't even shovel it, let alone get a snowblower in there. So unless someone comes by with some equipment, we will no longer be able to clear it, and it will become a safety issue. Thanks for addressing this.
