fine for cars, but hazzardous/unsafe for bicycles. several potholes, narrow, but deep enough to pose an issue of flat or crash for bikes. this is on andover bike route, and north shore cyclists bike route / runs weekly. right at intersection of chandler rd, and north st, andover. thank you!
