Drainage

Water is spilling onto roadway at junction of Algonquin Ave and Iroquois Ave. This is freezing over the surface of the two roadways causing cars to skid as they turn the junction. It is also slippery for pedestrians walking dogs. The water seems to be coming from the adjacent lawn. It could be a burst pipe.
