Street Light Out

Almost all of the street lights on North St (between River Rd and Chandler Rd) are out or turned off. I realize from a previous request that some of these may have been turned off on purpose. Could there be a review of the street lights on North St to determine if some of them actually need to be repaired? The street is very dark in some places, especially for elderly drivers.
